Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • All items and contents must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged properly and safely when sending back the item. 
  • You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs. 

    Refunds: 

    • Once we have received and confirmed your item after inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 5-8 business days.
