Returns and Refunds
We offer a hassle free 14-day return policy for all Hugz purchased. To initiate a return, contact us at support@givehugz.co.
To be eligible for a return:
- All items and contents must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.
- Please ensure all items are packaged properly and safely when sending back the item.
- You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your Hugz is damaged, please send us an email at support@givehugz.co.
Refunds:
- Once we have received and confirmed your item after inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 5-8 business days.
