Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

Great stuffed animal - even better customer servicd

Couldn’t be happier. The weighted stuffed animal has been really soothing for anxiety and is also adorable: even better, the customer service team at Hugz is great. My Otto has a defective sew job in the back and started splitting apart after only a month. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes of contacting them they responded and mailed me a replacement that arrived 2 days later!
