Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

I received a HUGZ And unfortunately, it had a few holes in it. I contacted the company immediately and they told me to pick out another one and they would send it to me. Free of charge with no shipping.

A comfort I carry with me everywhere

I purchased Charlie The Dog a month after my beloved 17 year old pup, Juno, crossed the rainbow bridge. To say I have missed him is an understatement. I now have Charlie, who comforts me in a way i never knew possible as a 34 year old woman. Carrying him around, sleeping with him, and seeing him in my peripheral has helped me cope with the loss of my soul dogs. The quality and weight is truly amazing. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a fluffy pal or to those who need a little extra comfort during hard times.

The Goldilocks heated and weighted animal

This dog is perfect because his paws are weighted too, and can kind of hug. He’s so soft and there’s just nothing but comfort about this product.
