Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

Per the review title, this was a gift for my girl who was very happy with it. No problem with the item but unfortunately it did experience an issue where it got caught in the microwave while unobserved meaning it did not rotate and melted somewhat, leading to a replacement and another design being ordered and a promise she would be more observant.

Came early then expected but I love it it’s super soft and cuddly it’s a perfect gift to someone you care about
