Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

I love my duck friend!!! From the packaging to the actual product itself and especially the customer service. we had a small issue with our duck and he was injured with a small hole ;( hugz was kind enough to send another duck friend, they were quick to reply and considerate in all their replies as well!!! I will definitely be a returning customer after this great customer service experience and the quality of the cute plushies! the weight is the most perfect weight and they way they lay when you hold them is just the perfect weighted stuffie.
