Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

This dude is so cute. He’s weighted perfectly and so nice to cuddle with, except for the fur. The polyester hair is not soft and is kind of scratchy, and it sheds like an actual cow. I’ve sprayed him twice with diluted conditioner and gently brushed the fur out and he’s already much better, but for the price point I wasn’t expecting to have to do that. I genuinely really like this plush and would buy it again, but if you have any sort of sensory sensitivity, just be prepared to give him some spa time first.

I am sort of a Hugz addict and I had to feed my addiction by getting both highland cows. Toffee is a great addition to my collection and has a prominent position on the shelf next to his brother Scottie (a great name, btw).

I absolutely love my Hugz and Toffee is just adorable! Having anxiety and being able to have something to have reassurance and comfort in (which is also so cute!) helps me massively, I take toffee around the house with me, if I’m sitting on the sofa or in bed Toffee is there and really helps me to relax and feel safe. Would 10000% recommend this to anyone!
