Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

Mini Shelly is a great size and shape, and he can come with me on adventures. However, he came with a hole in one of his feet. It looked like that edge of the fabric was never sewn in completely, which is disappointing considering these are advertised as being able to last a lifetime. I only had him a few days before noticing the hole, but I’d already cut off his tag so I had to sew up the hole myself. I definitely worry about the quality of these products, but I love my Shelly

Perfect travel size companion!

Got the travel sized turtle for my girlfriend’s birthday and she is in love with it. She always was bummed about not being able to bring her squishies because they take up too much room. Not anymore!

Love Hugz!

My daughter asked for Hugz for her birthday year. We were super lucky to score a coveted Highland Cow, and it was the hit of her party with both the kids and adults! She ended up loving it so much, she spent her birthday money to buy another one, the mini turtle! They are so soft, cuddly and exceptionally made. We plan to buy them for others as gifts!
