Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

I brought it for my adult self to wrap over my shoulders and lay against my neck at night. I pull it out of the freezer after his cooling period and it just helps with my migraine days. Now have to purchase more due to my kids wanting their own

I had some issues with a seem on the wing of my manta ray and the beads coming out. I emailed them and they were a dream to talk to. They were able to replace my manta ray and I'm so happy I reached out! This company is so wonderful, I currently only have two but I plan to get many more in the future! 100% the best customer service I've ever had to work with. Great, but arrived with a rip

This is the perfect weighted stuffed animal. I got one for my girlfriend as a gift and she absolutely loved it. However, the manta ray arrived with a rip on the bottom and weight beads falling out which was extremely disappointing.

I contacted customer support and they were very nice and super responsive and sent a replacement right away!

I mostly looked into these because I liked the shape of the manta Ray, I went through a lot of chemo over a seven years span and a lot of damage to my bladder. So when’s that time of the month? It can be extra painful on both fronts. So this was a perfect solution. I didn’t even realize how much I would love the weighted aspect of it though.
