Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

I'm so impressed with my entire experience! The plush was marked as preparing for shipment almost immediately after my order was placed, shipped out the next morning, and left neatly at my doorstep just two days later.

Upon opening the box, the plush came as pictured in a beautiful, aesthetic can that was so cute that I decided to keep it to store some collectibles, beautifying my space. It’s not like the can is the intended selling point, but I can't tell you how relieved and happy I am with only my favorites on display and the rest in a calming sage green canister that matches my walls!

As for the plush itself, it's pleasingly heavy to the point that holding it gave me the illusion of a real small animal, and as someone with high functioning anxiety, it's amazing how the stresses of life can be alleviated with the simple reassurance of a quality comfort doll that offers sensory grounding with its long fur and hefty presence.

I recommend these dolls for kids and adults alike!

The fur has some sticky spots in. It looks like maybe from the glue they used to sew it together. Also has some bald spots in. It looks like it doesn’t have enough fur overall not real impressed and that’s sad for $60.

I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue to my satisfaction
