Care Instructions

To Heat: Place in microwave for up to 60 seconds! Only heat when your Hugz is at room temperature. Overheating may damage the product.

To Chill: Place in seal tight freezer bag for up to 2-3 hours.

To Clean: Hand wash only with a damp cloth! Do not put entire Hugz underwater or it may damage the filling.

It felt too heavy at first but then I grew to enjoy it and heat it up at night time for relaxation. This is one of the best weighted plushies for me because it’s a great size, the right weight, and a wonderful texture. I dont enjoy weighted plushies that aren’t even big enough to hug. This turtle is. He’s on my lap while I do my activities. The turtle is so worth the money. The GiveHugz come in a nice box too and certificates. Shipping is super fast. Unlike other weighted plushies this one actually feels like it helps my anxiety. I totally want another GiveHugz in the future.

I love my turtle and it’s been amazing to have after surgery. When I originally ordered, I changed my mind on which one I wanted and within 5 min. of emailing and requesting a change, they changed my order and it was promptly shipped. I recommend this company and will be purchasing more. My only complaint is the ones I want are out of stock.
